We have partnered with the South Texas Botanical Garden to offer Free admission to the Gardens while attending one of Sharp Shooter Foto Classes
As an instructor with Sharp Shooter Foto, one of my favorite things about teaching photography is watching kids light up when they connect with nature—and start seeing it through a new lens.
Photography gives students a purpose to go outside, and that alone is a game-changer. Whether we’re spending the day on a ranch, walking through a local park, or exploring the coast, they’re not just snapping pictures—they’re discovering the wild world around them.
We call it ART-THERAPY—because it’s more than just a creative outlet. Being in nature has proven benefits for mental health. It reduces stress, boosts mood, and improves overall well-being. Add in the thrill of capturing that perfect shot, and you’ve got a recipe for confidence and joy.
But here’s what makes Sharp Shooter Foto truly unique:
We don’t just take pictures—we tell stories.
Our students work on real conservation projects, using their cameras to shine a light on the importance of protecting wildlife, habitats, and ecosystems. They learn how to create images that inspire others to care.
And if you’re worried about cost—don’t be.
Scholarships are available. Check the class information for details.
So come join us. Let’s explore, learn, and make a difference—one powerful photo at a time.
